Ashwini Beri
Director – Operations


Ashwini Beri is an accomplished leader having led operations in several organizations; having created high performance teams and successful businesses. In a career spanning over 24 years, he has worked with the Hotel Industry for 12 years; with 12 more years in different organizations in the BPO industry.

He has worked in senior positions across multinational companies including GE Capital, Dell, Hutchison 3 Global and ITC Group Hotels. In his last assignment Ashwini was heading Technical Operations, Training and Quality for Hutchison 3 Global Services (H3GS), the captive BPO for the 3G networks of Hutchison in UK and Australia. Ashwini is also a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality during his stint in GE Capital.


Management of Digicall B.B. Chugh
C.F.O.


B. B. Chugh is a qualified Finance Professional working with DigiCall for the last 16 years, heading the Finance, Accounts & Commercials department of the company. He also has vast experience in manufacturing, engineering and service industries. He has a total experience of over 25 years in the field of Finance, Costing and Budgeting.

He has previously worked with BST, Triveni Engineering and Subros Limited.

Amardeep Singh
I.T. – Head


Amardeep is a technologist with vision and strong operational drive. His team of highly motivated and experienced IT professionals strategically addressed the rapid scaling-up of technology at Digicall. In his 17 years of rich & rewarding experience with Microland, ABB, McKinsey and HFCL Infotel Ltd he has enabled the organizations to meet business objectives using Information Technology.
Amardeep is an expert member of TEC (Telecom Engineering Centre) 10 member committee for Developing Guidelines on Disaster Management for Indian Telecommunication Networks. He has also released numerous case studies & press releases with organizations like HP & IBM.

Nikhil Ummat
Head of Training & Quality


Nikhil Ummat is Head of Training & Quality at Digicall. He is responsible for Learning & Development activities pertaining to process & people. He will help in ensuring continual improvements in all business KPIs (Opex, Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction) and creating a strong platform for the organization to achieve desired standards of operating in highly competitive telecom market.

Nikhil brings with himself 13 years of rich experience & a proven record of success. He has been engaged in handling Training delivery, Transaction Quality , Transition & Project Management.

Nikhil has worked with number of leading companies in India like HCL, Dell, Kochar & Spanco. In his last assignment, he was heading site training for Spanco BPO with over 2000 employees.

Munish Walia
H.R. – Head


Munish Walia has a rich experience in Human Resource Management. He has a good experience of working in a constantly changing environment; and he has therefore worked well with many startup projects

Munish is a people focused leader, who has 12 yrs+ of experience in BPO industry. His previous assignment was with Spice BPO where he was heading the HR team for a 1200 employee site.

Rahul Rattan
G.M. – North


Rahul Rattan brings with him over 14 years of job experience in International BPO and Hotel Operations. His BPO experience has been with companies like American Express and HCL Technologies. In his last assignment, Rahul was working as a Service Delivery Leader for blended British Telecom Processes, managing Operations of over 500 FTE’s.

He has led various value add projects in his operations which delivered cost savings of over 2 million pounds annualized to BT. In American Express he was a part of the core operations team which migrated 1500+ FTE’s of Telephone Service Operations from Arizona, Phoenix, USA to Gurgaon. Before joining BPO, Rahul worked with ITC Hotels Ltd for 6 yrs in operations in a managerial role, across different locations in India.

S.M.A.Zaman
G.M. - East


S.M.A.Zaman is an accomplished professional heading the operations for Digicall East for the last 7 years and is working in Digicall for the last 15 years . Earlier, Zaman was heading the Finance & Accounts department of Mumbai center. Before joining Digicall, he has worked in Pearl Polymers Pvt Ltd ( Pearl PET Jars & Bottles ) for 8 years in the Finance & Accounts department in Kolkata & Delhi.

He has a vast experience of 23 years out of which 16 years was in the Finance & Accounts department and 7 years in Operations.

Vinay Nair
G.M. – West


Vinay Nair is a result oriented professional with over 12 years of progressively responsible experience in Operations, Sales & Content and Personnel management. He has worked in organizations like GE capital, Bharti Airtel Limited, Aegis BPO and Spice BPO.

In his last assignment, Vinay was heading Spice BPO, Mohali and was handling 24/7 operations spread across two centers, with 700 seats and 1200 employees.


Deepak
G.M. – South


Deepak has over 13 years of experience in the ITES industry. Prior to joining us, he was working with Spanco BPO as GM & Site head at the Dehradun and Gurgaon centers of the company. Deepak has also worked for Tech Mahindra, First Source Solutions Ltd. and Mphasis before that.

He is a Bachelor in Commerce from Andhra University and has done Diploma in Computer Applications from STC Institute, Hyderabad. He loves listening to music, travelling and photography.
